End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Digital Planner
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement (‘EULA’) is a legal agreement between you and Alina Shpak, Individual Entrepreneur, Ukraine, governing your use of Digital Planner & Calendar Pro.
2. License Grant
The application is licensed, not sold. Subject to compliance with this EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on Apple-branded devices.
3. Scope of License
You may use the application solely for personal, educational, and business planning purposes in accordance with applicable laws and Apple’s terms.
4. Subscription Features
Certain premium features require an active subscription purchased through Apple In‑App Purchases. Subscription management and entitlement verification may be provided through RevenueCat.
5. Cloud Services
Synchronization, backup, and collaboration features may rely on Apple iCloud, CloudKit, and CloudKit Sharing services. Availability depends on Apple infrastructure.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, store, synchronize, export, import, or share through the application.
7. Shared Content
When using collaboration features, you are responsible for granting access to collaborators and understanding that shared content may be visible to invited participants.
8. Third‑Party Services
The application may integrate services provided by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Facebook App Events, HubSpot, and related providers.
9. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, exploit, or create derivative works based on the application except as permitted by law.
10. Updates and Modifications
The company may release updates, modifications, bug fixes, enhancements, or new versions at its discretion.
11. Privacy
Collection and processing of information are governed by the Privacy Policy available on digitalplanner.biz.
12. Support
Support may be provided through digitalplanner.pro1@gmail.com and related support channels. No obligation exists to provide ongoing support.
13. Disclaimer of Warranty
The application is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis without warranties of any kind except where required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alina Shpak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
15. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.
16. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
17. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
18. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the application.
