1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Digital Planner for iPad (“Digital Planner” or the “App”), a digital planning application designed primarily for iPad and also available on iPhone and Mac, with supported planner, calendar, task, reminder, note, synchronization, document, and related features across compatible Apple devices. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws and be legally permitted to use the application in your jurisdiction.
4. License Grant
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to use the application on compatible Apple devices you own or control, including supported iPad, iPhone, and Mac devices, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.
5. Subscription Services
Certain features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple In‑App Purchases. Subscription status and entitlement management may be processed through RevenueCat.
6. Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the user’s Apple account settings before the renewal date.
7. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they create or manage through the application, including planners, notes, journals, templates, attachments, drawings, calendar entries, tasks, and reminders.
8. Cloud Synchronization
The App may synchronize supported content through Apple iCloud and CloudKit, including between compatible iPad, iPhone, and Mac devices. Calendar events and reminders may also be synchronized through supported Apple or third-party services as described below. Availability and behavior of synchronization may vary by device, operating system, account configuration, permissions, and the applicable Apple or third-party services.
9. Apple Reminders
With user permission, the application may request Full Access to Apple Reminders through Apple EventKit to read, create, edit, delete, complete, and synchronize reminders and reminder lists.
Reminders synchronization may operate in both directions between Digital Planner & and the Apple Reminders app.
Reminder content is processed through Apple services and the user’s device and is not stored on Company-controlled servers.
10. Calendar Integrations
With user permission, the App may connect to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook to display and synchronize supported calendar information on compatible iPad, iPhone, and Mac devices. For Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, the App may use the applicable sign-in, API, and authorization services to read calendar information and to create or edit supported event data when the user requests those actions, including event titles, dates, times, locations, and descriptions. Changes made through Digital Planner may be synchronized back to the connected calendar service. Users are responsible for granting and managing access to their calendar accounts and may revoke access through the applicable device, Google, Microsoft, or App settings. Availability and operation of integrations and specific features may vary by platform and depend on the respective third-party providers.
11. Collaboration Features
Shared documents and collaboration features may operate through Apple iCloud and CloudKit Sharing on supported devices and operating systems. Users are responsible for selecting collaborators and managing permissions. Availability of collaboration features may vary between iPad, iPhone, and Mac.
12. Third-Party Services
The application may integrate RevenueCat, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Facebook App Events, HubSpot, Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders / EventKit, Google Calendar and Google authentication/API services, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft authentication/API services, and other supporting providers. Third-party services are operated under their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical requirements. The availability, configuration, and data processing of particular SDKs or services may differ between iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. We do not control and are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or other acts or omissions of those third-party services.
13. Marketing Communications
Users may optionally provide email addresses for support requests and, where applicable, future newsletters, product updates, and marketing communications subject to consent requirements.
14. Acceptable Use
Users may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute malware, interfere with services, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or misuse the application.
15. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, software, designs, graphics, and proprietary technology remain the property of Alina Shpak or applicable licensors.
16. Availability and Updates
Features, platform availability, supported devices, integrations, and functionality may be modified, suspended, discontinued, or updated at any time without prior notice. Certain features may differ between iPad, iPhone, and Mac due to operating-system capabilities, permissions, technical requirements, or third-party service limitations.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
19. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if users violate these Terms or misuse the application.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
